E&C Synergy JV (E&C) is a SBA approved Joint Venture between E-Logic Inc. and Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI) with a vast experience in delivering IT solution to Federal Government, State and Local Government, and commercial clients. E&C was created to offer a broad portfolio of Management, Technical, Operational, and Analytical Information Technology services to address a variety of our customers’ needs.

We are headquartered in Washington D.C., with two additional offices in Virginia and Florida. From these locations, we support an array of contracts throughout the United States (U.S). Further E-Logic has carried out operations overseas throughout Central, South America and Asia in support of U.S. federal agencies.
We support and serve Defense and Civilian federal agencies. We specialize in contract management, IT managed support services, helpdesk support, integration and testing services, VAR, computer programming, logistics, deployment and lifecycle management.
